【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedasgeneralguidanceinestablishingproceduresforinternalcontrolofthesecurityseals.Itisnotmeanttorestricttheuseofproceduresthatmayberequiredforuniqueorunusualsituations.Likewise,notallofthepracticeswillnecessarilyapplytoaparticularsituation.1.1Thisguidecoversproceduresformaintainingacontinuouslineofaccountabilityforsecuritysealsfromthetimeofmanufacturetodestructionofthesealsubsequenttoitsuse.1.2Theprocedurescontainedhereinareapplicabletousageofsecuritysealsthatarecodedornumberedinamannertomakeeachsealunique.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Proximityspacelinksaredefinedtobeshort-range,bi-directional,fixedormobileradiolinks,generallyusedtocommunicateamongprobes,landers,rovers,orbitingconstellations,andorbitingrelays.Theselinksarecharacterizedbyshorttimedelays,moderate(notweak)signals,andshort,independentsessions.ISO21459:2006definesthecodingandsynchronizationsublayeroftheProximity-1spacelinkprotocol.Itdefinesthedataunitofthissublayer,i.e.thePLTU.Itdefinesthecodingandsynchronizationmechanismsrequiredforcrosssupport.Italsospecifiesthesendandreceivesidefunctionalityofthissublayer.ISO21459:2006doesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,implementationofserviceinterfaceswithinrealsystems,methodsortechnologiesrequiredtoperformtheprocedures,ormanagementactivitiesrequiredtoconfigureandcontroltheprotocol.
