【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesasensoryanalysismethodforpackagingmaterialsandpackagesforfoodproductstoassesstheircompatibilitywithfoodproducts[1],[2],[3].Themethodservestoestablishwhetherapackageorpackagingmaterialorafoodhandlingcommodityhasaninherentodourorcontainssubstancesthat,underthespecifiedtestconditions,aretransferredtoatestsubstanceeitherthroughtheair-filledcavityorthroughdirectcontactandalteritstaste.Originalpackagedproductsorfoodsimulants(seeclause9)maybeusedastestsubstances.Iftestsareperformedbecausetheuserhassensorycomplaintsaboutthepackagedmaterialstakenfromfinalpackages,itshallfirstbeestablishedwhetherthetestmethodisinapplicablebecausethechangescomplainedofareduetosecondaryeffectsortothepermeabilityofthepackagestoodoroussubstancesortheirabilitytoabsorbthem.Thestandarddoesnotapplytopackagesandpackagingmaterialmadeofpaperorcardboardwhoseoff-odoureffectonandtaintingofthefoodsimulantsaretestedinindirectcontactatambienttemperature,whicharecoveredbyDINEN1230-1andDINEN1230-2.
