【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC7811specifiesrequirementsforembossedcharactersonidentificationcards.Theembossedcharactersareintendedfortransferofdataeitherbyuseofimprintersorbyvisualormachinereading.ISO/IEC10373specifiesthetestproceduresusedtocheckcardsagainsttheparametersspecifiedinthispartofISO/IEC7811.ThispartofISO/IEC7811specifiestherequirementsforcardsusedforidentification.Ittakesintoconsiderationbothhumanandmachineaspectsandstatesminimumrequirements.Note-NumericvaluesintheSIand/orImperialmeasurementsysteminthispartofISO/IEC7811mayhavebeenroundedoffandthereforeareconsistentwith,butnotexactlyequalto,eachother.Eithersystemmaybeused,butthetwoshouldnotbeintermixedorreconverted.TheoriginaldesignwasmadeusingtheImperialmeasurementsystem.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthetestmethodforthedeterminationofmacroscopicresidualorappliedstressesnon-destructivelybyX-raydiffractionanalysisinthenear-surfaceregionofapolycrystallinespecimenorcomponent.Allmaterialswithasufficientdegreeofcrystallinitycanbeanalysed,butlimitationsmayariseinthefollowingcases(briefindicationsaregiveninClause12):--Stressgradients;--Latticeconstantsgradient;--Surfaceroughness;--Non-flatsurfaces(see5.1.2);--Highlytexturedmaterials;--Coarsegrainedmaterial(see5.1.4);--Multiphasematerials;--Overlappingdiffractionlines;--Broaddiffractionlines.Thespecificproceduresdevelopedforthedeterminationofresidualstressesinthecaseslistedabovearenotincludedinthisdocument.ThemethoddescribedisbasedontheangulardispersivetechniquewithreflectiongeometryasdefinedbyEN13925-1.Therecommendationsinthisdocumentaremeantforstressanalysiswhereonlythediffractionlineshiftisdetermined.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovermethodsforresidualstressanalysesbasedonsynchrotronX-rayradiationanditdoesnotexhaustivelyconsiderallpossibleareasofapplication.RadiationProtection.ExposureofanypartofthehumanbodytoX-rayscanbeinjurioustohealth.ItisthereforeessentialthatwheneverX-rayequipmentisused,adequateprecautionsshouldbetakentoprotecttheoperatorandanyotherpersoninthevicinity.RecommendedpracticeforradiationprotectionaswellaslimitsforthelevelsofX-radiationexposurearethoseestablishedbynationallegislationineachcountry.Iftherearenoofficialregulationsorrecommendationsinacountry,thelatestrecommendationsoftheInternationalCommissiononRadiologicalProtectionshouldbeapplied.
