【摘要】:1.1ThisStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthefiexuralpropertiesofrigidandsemi-rigidplasticsbythreepointloadingtest(itappliestoafreelysupportedbeam,loadedatmidspan)andspecifiesthespecimenstobetested.1.2Themethodisusedtoinvestigatethefiexuralbehaviourlitofthetestspecimensandfordeterminingthefiexuralstrength,fiexuralmodulusandotheraspectsofthefiexuralstress/strainrelationshipundertheconditionsdefined.1.3Themethodissuitableforusewiththefollowingrangeofmaterials:--thermoplasticsmouldingandextrusionmaterials,includingfilledandreinforcedcompoundsinadditiontounfilledtypes;rigidthermoplasticssheets;--thermosettingmouldingmaterials,includingfilledandreinforcedcompounds;ther-mosettingsheets.InagreementwithJISK7140-1andJISK7140-2,thisStandardappliestofibre-reinforcedcompoundswithfibrelengths≤7.5mmpriortoprocessing.Forlong-fibre-reinforcedmaterials(laminates)withfibrelengths>7.5mm,seebibliography[2].Themethodisnotnormallysuitableforusewithrigidcellarmaterialsandsand-wichstructurescontainingcellularmaterial.NOTE:Forcertaintypesoftextile-fibre-reinforcedplastics,afour-pointbend-ingtestispreferred.Itisdescribedinbibliography[2].1.4Themethodisperformedusingspecimenswhichmaybemouldedtothespeci-fieddimensions,machinedfromthecentralportionofastandardmultipurposetestspecimen(seeJISK7139)ormachinedfromfinishedorsemi-finishedproductssuchasmouldings,orextrudedorcastsheet.1.5Themethodspecifiespreferreddimensionsforthetestspecimen.Testswhicharecarriedoutonspecimensofdifferentdimensions,oronspecimenswhicharepre-paredunderdifferentconditions,mayproduceresultswhicharenotcomparable.Otherfactors,suchasthetestspeedandtheconditioningofthespecimens,canalsoinflu-encetheresults.Especiallyforsemi-crystallinepolymers,thethicknessoftheorientedskinlayer,whichisdependentonmouldingconditionsandthickness,affectstheflex-uralproperties.Consequently,whencomparabledataarerequired,thesefactorsmustbecarefullycontrolledandrecorded.1.6Flexuralpropertiescanonlybeusedforengineeringdesignpurposesformateri-alswithlinearstress/strainbehaviour.Fornon-linearbehaviour,theflexuralprop-ertiesareonlynominal.Thebendingtestshouldpreferentiallybeusedwithbrittlematerials,forwhichtensiletestsaredifficult.NOTE~TheInternationalStandardcorrespondingtothisStandardisasfollows.ISO178:2001Plastics--Determinationofflexuralproperties(IDT)andAmendmentI(2004)Inaddition,symbolswhichdenotethedegreeofcorrespondenceinthecontentsbetweentherelevantInternationalStandardandJlSareIDT(identical),MOD(modified),andNEQ(notequivalent)accordingtoISO/IECGuide21.
