【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletotheselectionofboltingforequipmentsubjecttothePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/EC.Itspecifiesstandardsandadditionalrequirementsfordimensions,materialsandtechnicalconditionsofdeliveryforbolting.TheboltingselectioncoveredbythisEuropeanStandardisregardedtobeusedforcombinationwithflangesaccordingtotheseriesEN1092(PNdesignatedflanges)andtheseriesEN1759(Classdesignatedflanges).Theselectionisbasedoncommonlyusedmaterials,boltsandnuts.Itcoverstemperaturerangesofthegeneralserviceofstandardflanges(basedonPNorClass).NOTE1Theboltingselectiongivenmaybeusedincombinationwithnon-standardflangestooprovidedthattherangeofapplicationoftheequipmentforwhichtheboltingisintendedtobeusediscovered.Itisthepurchaser'soptiontodecideonthis.WhenselectingboltingaccordingtothisEuropeanStandarditisessentialtotakeintoaccountotherparameterssuchastypeoffluids,corrosionhazardsandrelaxationatelevatedtemperatures.ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoprovideaselectionofmostcommonlyusedboltingtypesandboltingmaterialcombinationsaswellatoolforeasyselectionofsuitableboltingforequipment.Itisnottheintentiontospecifyallpossibleapplicationsbuttogiveguidanceonthemostcommonlyapplications.Accordingtothis,e.g.applicationlimitsformaterialinthecreeprangearenotexplicitlycoveredinthisEuropeanStandardbutsomeboltingmaterialslisted(seeTable3,footnoteh)aresuitabletobeusedinthistemperaturerange.WhereverthestartingmaterialstandardprovidesmechanicalpropertiesforthistemperaturerangerespectivereferenceismadeinTable3.NOTE2Specialservicesandambientconditionsmayrequiretheapplicationofcoatings.Itisthepurchaser'soptiontodecideonthis.Dependingonthecoatingused,averificationofthetemperaturerangesgiveninTable3mayberequired.
