【摘要】:ThispartofEN10246specifiestherequirementsforautomaticfullperipheralultrasonicshearwave(includingphasedarraytechnique)andLambwavetestingofseamlessandweldedsteeltubes,withtheexceptionofsubmergedarc-weld(SAW)tubes,forthedetectionoflongitudinalimperfections.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesacceptancelevelsandcalibrationprocedures.ThispartofEN10246isapplicabletotheinspectionoftubeswithanoutsidediameter>10mm,andwithanoutsidediameter-to-thicknessratio≥5.Fortubeswithanoutsidediameter-to-thicknessratio<5,oneoftheoptionsspecifiedinAnnexBshallbeusedbyagreementbetweenpurchaserandmanufacturer.TheEuropeanStandardEN10246”Non-destructivetestingofsteeltubes"comprisesthepartsshowninAnnexA.
